In addition, we often help fulfill Volunteer needs at RUHS for non-PTSA sponsored programs like Bookfair, All Awards, Night, Senior Breakfast, etc.

RBUSD Project Unified

Unwrapped Gifts due by Friday, Dec. 5th

Every year, RBUSD & PTA work together on Project Unified to bring extra holiday cheer to families in need within our school district. If you feel comfortable and able, we would love for you to participate by purchasing a gift for one of our eight (8) RBUSD families.

We have made it more convenient than ever for you to support Project Unified by shopping on Amazon Wish Lists. All purchased items will ship directly to our Project Unified Chair (M. Gold). You can also shop elsewhere and drop gifts at the RUHS office in our Project Unified holiday wrapped box. We thank you in advance for your kindness, generosity, and willingness to spread cheer this holiday to others in our local community.

• Project Unified Family #15 includes 17 y/o male; video games, favorite colors: blue and grey; prefers simple clothing-no designs. Likes Japanese stores, including Mitsuwa. Likes Target, Amazon. Wants e-bike/e-scooter. Gift cards for food (not fast food).
• Project Unified Family #24 includes 13 y/o female; 10 y/o female; 4 y/o male; parents. Girls like: Hot Topic, Tilly's, Zumies, Vans, Sephora, Children's Place, Hello Kitty, Minecraft, Five Nights at Freddy's. Family likes horror: horror books, movies, Chucky, Scream. Anime. Coloring books, music, baseball, skateboarding, reading. Boy likes Octonauts, Marvel/DC comics characters, Bluey, Nightmare before Christmas, Monsters, Godzilla, Knott's/Snoopy. Dad likes motorcycles, airsoft and paintball. Mom likes horror, plants/animals. Family likes adventures, loud music, movie nights and video games
• Project Unified Family #28 includes 7 y/o male; 11 y/o female; parents. Boy loves legos and construction; Titanic and old ocean liners. Loves Hot Wheels and exotic cars. Loves audio books and reading; Disney, Marvel and "How it's made" shows. Loves drawing cars, planes and ships. Wants a bike, tablet - device he can play digital audio books. Girl is very tall (5'9). Competitive dancer and has started on pointe. Likes reading middle school appropriate books, mangas, anime, and Dance Moms. Loves Katseye, K-Pop and K-drama. Into skincare and technology. Bike for tall girl, or scooter for someone tall. Parents want gift cards for grocery stores and restaurants.
• Project Unified Family #34 includes 13 y/o male; 10 y/o male; 6 y/o female; parents. Boys like football, board games, puzzles, books. Girl likes board games, puzzles, books, dolls/Barbie. Mom wants Nike fitness clothing, gas station and grocery store gift cards.
• Project Unified Family #64 includes 12 y/o female; 14 y/o male; 10 mo male; parents. Girl wishing for Levi, baggy/wide jeans; loves Affliction brand; Greek mythology, POP Mart; theater. Likes reading, anime, Japanese food. Wants e-bike or e-scooter. Boy: favorite color is red. Into wrestling, Roblox, engineering, 3D model toys. Baby boy: baby toys, learning puzzles, educational toys, Spiderman. Parents want shirts, Vans, and says, "Give everything to my kids." No sizes were offered for parents.
• Project Unified Family #68 includes 13 y/o male; 14 y/o male; parents. 13 y/o likes clothes; favorite colors are white and gray; likes Super Mario and Sonic. Likes drawing, art supplies, Handles ice cream and Raising Canes. 14 y/o likes Roblox, Godzilla, soft/fuzzy blankets. Favorite color is red. Parents want gift cards for grocery stores and restaurants.
• Project Unified Family #72 includes 12 y/o female; 5 y/o male; 17 y/o male; 20 y/o male; parents. Girl wants high top Converse (black); pants/jeans, tops. Favorite colors are black and purple. Loves boba, K-pop. 5 y/o boy: favorite color is blue. Plays soccer and favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo - would love a jersey; Hot Wheels race track, Nintendo Switch games. 17 y/o: wants clothing (listed), favorite color is black. Likes Nike brand. 20 y/o: wants Vans, clothing (Nike brand), favorite colors are black and blue; likes working out and wants athletic clothing. Parents: grocery store and gas station gift cards, queen sheets.
• Project Unified Family #79 includes 7 y/o male: wants the newest Nintendo Switch games (#2?); favorite colors are red, blue and grey, likes QuickSilver brand of hoodies. Wants New Balance shoes, chess set with instructions/tutorial, likes Adidas and Nike brand basketball shorts. Parents want gift cards: Walmart, Arco gas, 76 gas, Target, Kohl;s, Amazon, Vons.

RUHS PTSA is excited to announce our second annual RUHS Trunk or Treat Event on Saturday, October 25th. We encourage RUHS Students, clubs, teams, groups, and families to register as "Trunk Participants" to decorate their cars or e-bikes and join us for this fun-filled event, open to the community. Plus, there’s an opportunity to win prizes as part of our Trunk Participant Decorating Contest, voted on by our attendees. Trunk Participant Space is limited.
