 YEARBOOKS ARE HERE:

Distribution of  yearbooks, if you purchased one, will be in front of the Redondo Union auditorium Tuesday, August 24 (Grades 11 and 12) or Wednesday, August 25 (Grade 10) after school, starting at 3:00 pm. Please remember to pick up your book, you must have some form of photo ID with you. 

Parents may pick up books for their children with a form of ID, as well. Books will not be released

without a photo ID.

Tuesday, August 24, 3:00 – Seniors and Juniors only

Wednesday, August 25, 3:00 – Open to all for Pick-Up

SCHOOL BREAKFAST & LUNCH:

Free breakfast and lunch meals will be available for all students, each day in the Student Union and at the two pods. A la carte snacks and drinks will be available for purchase outside at the snack windows. Students must have their student ID with them to scan for the cashier when receiving free meals or purchasing snack items. Cash payments will no longer be accepted. Please use

RUHS BASKETBALL:

Girls and Boys basketball programs will be having tryouts for all levels on Friday August 27th from 3:15 to 4:30pm. Girls will meet in the small gym and the boys will meet in the big gym. Make sure that you are dressed out accordingly so you can participate in full court basketball drills. And don’t forget to bring a water bottle!

RUHS SURF TRYOUTS:

Tryouts - Sunday, September 12th at 7:00 a.m. at the Southside of the Hermosa Pier.

RUHS DRUMLINE INTERESTED:

Do you play piano or keyboard or any other drum instruments? Ever wanted to be a part of the

Redondo drumline? The Redondo Union Percussion Class is available for anyone wanting to play

 keyboards and drums. We are also looking for students wanting to learn how to play keyboard or drums for anyone who's interested. No prior experience is necessary. Please contact Mr. Vizcarra at [email protected] if interested.

SCROC:

SoCal ROC Fall 2021 semester online courses begin Monday, September 13th! Earn high school

elective credits while learning valuable skills and exploring a career in graphic design or the medical field. Courses are after school and FREE for high school students! Contact your Career Guidance

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

South Bay Parkland Conservancy is looking for volunteers willing to weed, water, and plant the rest of the plant inventory around the amphitheater and lower pond areas at Hopkins Wilderness Park. The Key Club has already approved this project and deemed it safe for students.
