Welcome to Art with Ms. Roth!

I teach Art 1 and AP Art & Design. This will be my 14th year teaching at Redondo Union. I hold a BA in Art Education and a Single Subject Teaching credential in Art from California State Long Beach and a MA in Art Education from Boston University. I enjoy painting, drawing, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.

As an artist and educator, my philosophy is that anyone can be an artist; all we need are the right tools and the time to practice. My students will complete pre-instruction drawings and post-instruction drawings to showcase their individual growth. It is my job to show students that there are several answers to an art problem and that it is okay to have their own artistic voice.
