TEACHING PHILOSOPHY- As an art educator, I will provide all students with equal educational opportunities, guiding them to succeed academically and socially.  They will become knowledgeable of the elements of art and principles of design, giving them the skills to analyze, criticize and respond to artworks and art issues.  I will motivate students to continually broaden skills in art production stimulating imagination and originality.  In the curriculum, I will present multiculturalism and social/cultural context, and aesthetic valuing.
