Ms. Phelps

Hello everyone!

 

My name is Ashley Phelps and this is my third year at RUHS. I am so excited to be teaching Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 MCR for the 2022-2023 school year!

 

I was born and raised in Torrance, where I attended South Torrance schools growing up. After graduation, I attended Chaminade University of Honolulu to earn my Bachelors Degree and play Division II softball. In December 2019, I earned my Single Subject Math Teaching Credential from Cal State University Dominguez Hills. You may recognize me from Adams Middle School, where I student taught for the the first semester of the 2019-2020 school year. 

 

Some of my hobbies include hiking, playing board games, exercising, going to the beach, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog.
